Welcome to zomaq.com, a property management SaaS platform designed to simplify and optimize your
property management operations. By accessing or using zomaq.com (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by
the following terms and conditions (the “Terms of Service”). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use
the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and
agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These Terms of Service constitute a binding
agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and zomaq.com (operating by Agile Consultancy Services LLC) (“we”,
“us”, “our”).

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in illegal
activities, or fail to pay fees when due.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked, and any data associated
with your account may be deleted, subject to our data retention policies.

7. Intellectual Property

Ownership: zomaq.com retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all intellectual property
rights.
User Content: By submitting content to the Service, you grant zomaq.com a non-exclusive, worldwide,
royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for the purpose of providing the Service.
Trademarks: The zomaq.com name, logo, and all related names and logos are trademarks of Agile
Consultancy Services LLC (operating as zomaq.com). You may not use these without our prior written
consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the
Service or violation of these Terms of Service.

the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes
your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of UAE, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding
arbitration in accordance with the rules mentioned in the agreement signed.

between you and zomaq.com.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will
remain in effect.
